Parent/Teacher interview forms and Inclement Weather forms

Tiger Families,

In the “busyness” of this week, you may have not had a chance to look at the Parent/Teacher interview form that came home on Monday with the oldest and only child in each family from SK to Grade 8. Please help us by filling out and returning that form as soon as possible. We will be scheduling the interview times this Friday at school.  The interview time(s) will be placed in the oldest/only child’s report card and will come home next Tuesday. A reminder that interviews are next Wednesday after school and evening. Any families that don’t return the form will be given an interview time when the others are filled. If you need another form, please click on this attachment and send it in.

We are still waiting for some Inclement Weather forms as well to be returned. This is in case of the school closing due to a weather event. Please return these to the school if you have not yet done so.

We Scare Hunger- reminder

We Scare Hunger Food Drive

This year at the Halloween Spooktacular Danceathon, Tuesday, October 30th, we encourage you to bring at least one non-perishable food item with you. It is not necessary but it would be greatly appreciated. All of the donations that we collect go to St. Vincent de Paul which is located at St. Teresa Church. If you would like to gather more food, then you can ask for non-perishable food items as you go door to door for trick-or-treating. Many members of the Social Justice Club will be doing this in your neighbourhood, and any help is appreciated. We will give you a badge that validates that you are official and that the donations are going to a Me to We campaign. Thank you in advance for all of your donations.

Factory Shoe Cards and Free Coat Giveaway

Hello St. Teresa Families,

Winter boot season will very soon be upon us! Since last year we have had an incentive plan with Factory Shoe. For every $35.00 spent they will donate $5.00 to our school. So far we have over $220 raised! We sent cards home in June. If you need another card, please just send a note with your child and we will send one home. Also, the number for our school is 0064341 and I’ve been told by a parent that they will accept this number even if you don’t have the card with you.

Thank-you!
