St. Teresa Peek at the Week

June 20th-24th, 2022

Happy Father’s Day!

We wish all of the St. Teresa dads,  those on earth and those in heaven, a blessing filled Father’s Day today!

Lord, we give thanks for Fathers

For their love and affection.

For their support and guidance.

For their humour and playfulness.

Bless all fathers and help them to continue to model God’s unconditional love.

Lord, bless all men who are father figures for children.

Bless the important modeling they do for children.

By caring and nurturing children they give them a glimpse

Of the goodness and tenderness of God.

We ask our prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen.

We thank our Pastor, Father Marian Gil, for being our school and church faith leader! Thank-you Father Gil!

St. Teresa Catholic School Advisory Council -Annual Report

Please find attached the final report for our School Council for the 2021-2022 year. The Council at St. Teresa is absolutely incredible. They have done so many wonderful things for our students and families, and they work on behalf of the entire community to make sure everyone feels included and supported. Thank-you to our AMAZING School Advisory Council for another fantastic year! Please remember us in the fall(or anytime) when shopping for shoes/boots/sandals. $5 from every pair that is $35.00 or more goes to St. Teresa School. Please just tell them at the counter that you belong to St. Teresa School! It adds up! Thank-you!

Thank-you to our volunteers who helped run the events on a very warm afternoon, and to our social justice staff leaders too! There are no thank-you’s to the students who dunked Mr. Goodyear over and over in the bucket dunk challenge!! 🙂 The ice cream truck was an unexpected surprise too! A wonderful time was had by all, and it was such a wonderful St. Teresa Community building day! So many smiles and so much laughter! Thank-you Social Justice Club!
