Dear Parents/Guardians,
This winter, the St. Teresa Social Justice Club is hosting a Winter Clothing and Boot Drive! We are asking for gently used winter clothing donations. These could include, but are not limited to, scarves, mittens, snow pants, jackets, boots, sweaters, and hats. All of these items will be going to children in need of warm clothing within our own school community. All sizes are appreciated, no matter how big or small.
We will be collecting items from Wednesday, November 1st until Friday, November 10th. Your child may bring any winter clothing donations with them to school, and they will be collected by teachers. Following the collection period, families will be invited to come to the school and take items home. (This date will be sent out in an upcoming Newswire.) Leftover articles of clothing will be stored at the school in a ‘Community Closet’ for students to access as needed.
